Koontucky Maine Coons Cattery

Established in 1984. Koontucky produces beautiful Maine Coon kittens with outstanding health and outgoing temperaments. Our kittens are holistically raised under foot and are members of our family. Their health and well-being is given every consideration.

We have dedicated our lives to the preservation, protection, and improvement of the Maine Coon breed. We are a long-standing MCBFA Breeder Member and Cattery of Excellence. We take pride in breeding and showing Regional, National, and International winning Maine Coons. Breeding and showing these wonderful cats has been and continues to be our passion.

Koontucky is dedicated to health testing. Our cats have 18 consecutive years of health testing behind them. We screen for HCM, SMA, HD, PKD, PK-def and our cattery is certified FeLV/FIV negative.

We specialize in variations of silvers but produce all colors with the exception of solid white.

Our cattery is registered with CFA, TICA, CFF and ACFA. We provide a written contract with an extensive health guarantee. Our kittens go to their new homes between 12 to 16 weeks of age after three vet checks. They are provided with one month of health insurance, at no cost to their new owner, along with a lifetime of support from us!
