Cheshireland is a WCF-registered British Shorthair cattery, established in 2013, focused on responsible breeding, health, and exceptional temperament.

Our breeding cats are tested FIV negative, FeLV negative, PKD negative, and regularly undergo HCM screening with normal results. We are committed to raising healthy, confident, and well-socialized kittens that become cherished family companions.

Every Cheshireland kitten goes to its new home with a veterinary passport, pedigree, vaccinations appropriate for its age, and lifelong breeder support.

Meet Samson

Samson is our beloved stud male and the true king of Cheshireland.

He is a large, powerful British Shorthair with a strong cobby body, a chunky round head, beautifully wide-set ears, and striking deep orange eyes that instantly capture attention.

Beyond his impressive appearance, Samson has the gentle and confident temperament that we value so highly in the breed. Calm, affectionate, and full of charm, he loves being around people and never fails to win hearts.

To us, Samson is much more than a breeding cat — he is a cherished member of our family and the perfect example of everything we love about British Shorthairs.

Iris is our stunning blue-and-white bicolor queen with beautiful orange eyes and an irresistibly sweet expression.

She combines elegance with a wonderfully gentle nature. Calm, affectionate, and incredibly caring, Iris brings warmth and harmony wherever she goes.

She is also a devoted and attentive mother. Iris cares for her kittens with endless patience and tenderness, always making sure they feel safe, loved, and well looked after.
