Introduction
The German Rex is a rare curly-coated breed from Germany, one of the first rex mutations discovered. Affectionate, sociable, and playful.
History
Discovered in East Berlin in 1951. Predates both the Cornish Rex and Devon Rex breeds.
Appearance
Medium-sized, muscular body with a rounded head and large ears. Soft wavy or curly coat in all colours and patterns.
Character
Playful, curious, and very people-oriented. Known for clown-like behaviour and love of interactive play.
