History
Developed in North America from Balinese cats with additional colourpoint colours. Named to maintain an Indonesian island theme alongside the Balinese.
Appearance
Same svelte tubular body as Siamese and Balinese, with medium-length silky coat and colourpoints in extended colours including red, cream, tortie, and lynx points.
Character
Highly intelligent, vocal, and affectionate. Form strong attachments to owners and are very communicative. Loyal, engaging companions.
